Meet Manuel Foggie

MANUEL IS RUNNING FOR CONGRESS TO FIGHT FOR REAL SOLUTIONS THAT PUT OHIO'S 10TH DISTRICT FAMILIES FIRST

Manuel Foggie is a proud lifelong Ohioan and tireless advocate for working families, fighting every day to build a stronger, more equitable future for our communities. From our courtrooms to our neighborhoods, Manuel has been on the front lines serving with integrity, compassion, and courage. He strengthens communities and fights to ensure justice is served fairly. Whether running into burning buildings as a certified firefighter, advocating for justice, or organizing community service events that bring people together, Manuel has always put people before politics. Now, he's ready to take that same fight to Washington to deliver real solutions that make it easier for every family in Ohio's 10th District to live, work, and thrive.

Born and raised in Greater Cincinnati, Manuel Foggie has always believed in the power of service and community. A proud product of Ohio's public schools, Manuel attended Mount St. Joseph University, where he played football before transferring to the University of Cincinnati. At just 19 years old, Manuel proved that it's never too early to stand up for change. He courageously ran for Cincinnati City Council, becoming the youngest candidate in the city's history at the time. That experience ignited a lifelong commitment to public service and strengthened his belief that leadership starts with listening to the people. While in college, Manuel served as a lifeguard and instructor for the City of Cincinnati and trained with the Cincinnati Police Department, where he saw firsthand the dedication and sacrifices of our first responders. Before completing a University of Cincinnati College of Law program, Manuel worked at the City of Columbus Prosecutor's Office in the Prosecution Resource Unit, specifically within the Intake Section. In this role, he processed criminal charges, ensuring that cases involving crime victims were thoroughly reviewed and prepared for prosecution. His work directly contributed to the efficient handling of criminal cases, ensuring that justice was pursued on behalf of victims and the community. Manuel joined Dinsmore & Shohl LLP in downtown Dayton, working in estate planning and probate law. During that time, he also worked at Goldfish Swim School in Washington Township, teaching children how to swim and helping families feel confident and safe in the water. It was in the heart of Dayton that Manuel fell in love with the community and its resilient spirit. Today, that exact passion drives Manuel's mission to fight for families, expand opportunity, and build a stronger future for everyone in Ohio's 10th Congressional District.

Today, Manuel and his wife are raising their five children with the same values that guide his campaign - faith, family, and community. When he's not serving others, you'll find him spending time with his family and their energetic dog, Kai.

Manuel is running for Congress to bring fresh energy and honest leadership to Washington, fighting for Economic Recovery, Job Growth, Affordable Housing, Property Taxes, Opioid/Fentanyl Crisis, Veterans/Military Families, Education, and opportunity for every family in Ohio's 10th District.

Manuel says this campaign isn't about politics, it's about people, progress, and the promise of a better OH-10 for everyone. He's fighting for hardworking families, safer communities, and an economy that gives every Ohioan a fair shot. Together, we can build a future rooted in hope, opportunity, and unity where every child can dream big, every worker can earn a living wage, and every family can thrive right here at home.

Because when we stand together, there’s nothing we can’t achieve for Ohio’s 10th District.
