As a father of five, providing for a family of seven, I understand the everyday struggles of making ends meet. Families across Ohio's 10th District are feeling the impact of rising prices on groceries, childcare, housing, and healthcare, while wages fail to keep pace. Too many hardworking Ohioans are doing everything right, but still finding it harder each month to stay ahead. That's not the future we want for our families, and it's why I'm committed to taking real action to lower costs and strengthen economic security.

In Congress, I'll work to bring relief to Ohio families by reducing everyday expenses, expanding access to affordable childcare, and supporting fair wages that reflect today's cost of living. I'll fight to lower healthcare costs, make prescription drugs more affordable, and ensure families can access the care they need without financial strain. I'll also stand with small businesses and local employers that create good-paying jobs and keep our communities strong.​​

Rebuilding Infrastructure & Protecting Our Environment

Ohio’s 10th District deserves modern, reliable infrastructure and a clean environment that supports healthy families and a strong economy. Too many of our roads, bridges, and water systems are outdated or in disrepair, while our communities face increasing challenges from pollution, flooding, and extreme weather. Rebuilding our infrastructure isn’t just about construction; it’s about protecting the places we call home, creating good-paying jobs, and securing a sustainable future for our children.
In Congress, I’ll work to secure federal investment to repair and modernize our roads, bridges, and public transportation systems so people can get to work safely and efficiently. I’ll fight to upgrade water and sewer systems to ensure every family has access to clean drinking water and safe wastewater management. I’ll advocate for expanding broadband internet access across the District, connecting every household and small business to the tools they need to thrive in today’s economy.
Protecting our environment goes hand in hand with rebuilding our infrastructure. I’ll support clean energy development, such as solar and wind, that creates jobs right here in Ohio while reducing pollution and lowering utility costs. I am committed to safeguarding our parks, farmland, and green spaces, as a vibrant environment is the foundation of thriving communities.

Supporting Veterans and Military Families in OH-10

Ohio’s 10th District is home to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, a vital part of our community and a cornerstone of our nation’s defense. Our veterans, active-duty service members, and their families make incredible sacrifices to protect our country, and they deserve strong support both on and off base.

Supporting military families starts with ensuring access to quality healthcare, education, and housing. Local programs and organizations provide counseling, transition assistance, job training, and financial resources to help veterans successfully re-enter civilian life. Expanding awareness of these resources strengthens families and the community as a whole.

Employment opportunities are also key. Partnerships between local businesses, colleges, and veteran organizations can create pathways for skills training, internships, and meaningful careers. Programs that help military spouses find employment and support children of service members in school ensure that the sacrifices of military families are met with practical, long-term support.

Finally, honoring and investing in our veterans means maintaining access to recreational spaces, healthcare facilities, and community programs that recognize their service while improving overall quality of life. By working together, the 10th District can ensure that every veteran and military family has the resources, respect, and support they deserve.

I will always fight to support military families and veterans by improving access to healthcare, including mental health services; expanding educational benefits like the GI Bill; and providing more affordable housing options to reduce homelessness. I will also fight to strengthen employment assistance programs to help veterans transition to civilian careers, offer financial support through tax breaks, and create stronger mental health initiatives to address issues like PTSD. These commitments would ease the challenges veterans and their families face, enhancing their well-being and quality of life.

Foreign Policy and Global Engagement​​

Families in Ohio’s 10th District are directly affected by decisions made around the world, from the economy and national security to the safety of our service members and their families.
I believe in a foreign policy rooted in democracy, diplomacy, and the defense of our allies. Actions by countries like Russia, Iran, and China, if left unchecked, have the potential to escalate into larger and more costly global conflicts. Supporting nations under threat and strengthening alliances is critical to preserving peace, stability, and democracy worldwide.

In Congress, I’ll work to provide targeted support to allies like Ukraine, so they have the resources to defend their sovereignty and prevent a larger-scale conflict in Eastern Europe. I’ll fight to ensure Israel has the support it needs to protect itself against threats from Iran and other hostile actors while promoting long-term solutions for peace in the Middle East, including a two-state solution. I’ll advocate strengthening international partnerships, investing in diplomacy, and maintaining a strong defense posture to protect American families and interests at home.

Tackling Rising Property Taxes and Housing Costs

I understand the pressure families face when housing costs and property taxes continue to rise. Too many hardworking Ohioans are being priced out of their homes or struggling to afford rent, and that’s simply unacceptable. Every family deserves the stability and security that come with having a safe, affordable place to call home.

In Congress, I’ll work to lower costs and strengthen housing stability by fighting for property tax relief that helps families stay in their homes and protects those on fixed incomes. I’ll advocate for expanding affordable housing options by cutting unnecessary red tape and encouraging development that meets the needs of working families. I’ll support first-time homebuyers with expanded down payment assistance and tax incentives, while also protecting renters from unfair rent hikes and unsafe living conditions. I’ll invest in community revitalization efforts to strengthen neighborhoods, attract new businesses, and bring new life to areas that have been left behind.

With four of my children attending public schools here in OH-10, I understand the importance of safe, well-funded schools that prepare every child for success.
In Congress, I’ll fight to strengthen our public education system, support our teachers, and ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive, no matter their background or ZIP code.
I’ll work to expand early childhood education, modernize our school facilities, and increase access to mental health resources and after-school programs that keep students engaged and safe. Our children deserve classrooms that nurture both learning and well-being.
Beyond graduation, I’ll champion career and technical education, apprenticeships, and tuition-free community college options that connect students to good-paying jobs right here at home. By investing in education and workforce development, we can build a stronger, more competitive Ohio where families and communities thrive together.

Gun Safety and Community Protection

Tragic incidents like the 2019 Oregon District shooting and the 2023 Beavercreek Walmart shooting remind us of the devastating impact gun violence can have on families and communities. My family and I became victims of gun violence while simply enjoying dinner at a local restaurant here in OH-10, when a shootout broke out inside the establishment, and we were forced to run for our lives. Experiences like this show how indiscriminate and dangerous gun crime has become and highlight the immediate need for stronger public safety measures.

In Congress, I’ll work to strengthen policies that keep our communities safe by supporting expanded background checks, improving access to mental health resources, and promoting safe storage practices for firearms. I’ll advocate for funding for community programs that prevent illegal gun sales and reduce the risk of mass shootings. I’ll also work to improve coordination among law enforcement, schools, and local organizations to ensure families feel safe in schools, workplaces, and public spaces.
